At an early age Joel has always found himself at the basketball court. From the playground to under the gym lights. A true passion for basketball, Joel has moved to also being a certified WIAA school basketball official. Giving back not only to the game he loves, but more importantly to the next generation of kids. His enjoyment of being a coach in intramurals and coaching with the Boys and Girls club. To being an official, Joel thrives in being around the youth and helping them grow in the game of basketball. With DYSports Joel is looking to help push that passion with as many players and parents that he comes into contact with.

Favorite Sports team? Seattle Supersonics/Yakima SunKings.
If you could play any professional sports position what would it be? Point Guard – dropping dimes and hitting buckets.
